Taking a little Hiatus...

Yes im taking a little break from the blogging world... I have a heavy heart of so many emotions right now. Sometimes I come on her and just let.it.all.out and I look at the post a few hours later just to see that its a big o pity party im throwing on here and I need to stop! I thank each of you ladies for the awesome encouraging messages and they are really helping me! God did an awesome job at giving me all of you! Thank you Lord!

I need to really lean on the Lord more than I am on Blogger. Lately I think the Lord has been trying to show me things and all I am doing is on the internet all day long. I am addicted especially trying to find a job online.

As of my job status I am still working but the doors will close on the 1st of March but the last day of pay is actually the 27th of Feb. I have been sending my resume left and right and have not received one call yet but I have hope! I did a typing test on the fort here and I got 74WPM and this whole time I was putting on my resume that I typed 50WPM. LOL Thank you Lord for giving me the ability to type...

On another note my heart is sad and just all a basket case. My brother in law left Friday to a 12 month deployment and hearing my sisters voice was just so sad that I can't even explain. It totally reminded me of the day my husband left to Afghanistan, the day I saw a weapon straped to my husbands thigh. It just hurts and Fay if you read this know that the Lord has His arms wrapped around him each second. We will intercede in prayer and pray Psalm 91.

14 "Because he loves me," says the LORD, "I will rescue him;
I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15 He will call upon me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble,
I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With long life will I satisfy him
and show him my salvation."

My cousin Angel was also sent for a 12 month deployment as well on Friday so it was even harder! He is married with two kids and they live here where I live as well so I am blessed to be able to be there for his family while he is gone. We will be interceding in prayer as well.

So there it is.... My heart is very emotional!

Nehemiah mommy wants you to surround Tio Hector and Cousin Angel and Cousin Jonathan while they are fighting for our freedom! Mommy and Daddy love you Nehemiah and we are so blessed to know that you are in His hands! ((hugs baby))

***on a side note I started a new blog called Healing with one stitch @ a time... if you'd like you can go on over and follow me. This blog will be for hobbies that I like to do. Crocheting has big the one that helps me heal most of the miscarriage. It takes so much off of my mind!***

Melanie, I loved reading your post today. It showed me that we all need to continue to find our strength in his hands and deliver him our burdens. Don't be so hard on yourself, you are a beautiful and special person. Your Friend Laura DuBois

Take a break, make yourself find a new hobby like working out or anything that will keep you busy..... spend time with your heavenly father and then come back and fill us in on it all.

Think MIND OVER MATTER...and tell yourself to think of the good stuff, not on the "want" stuff or negative stuff.

Ill be praying for you girl.

I'm just now reading this post and I totally understand the "blogging hiatus" thing. I tend to have those now and then, without really planning for them. But I think it is awesome that you are purposing to take a break from blogging to seek God more and rely on Him more than your blog. I totally get it! May your break be peaceful and blessed.

I will keep your family members in my prayers as well. May God keep them safe as they protect our country. What an awesome, brave thing they are doing for us!

Take care! You'll be in my prayers!

Hi Mel,
Sorry, I just read your post today (I've been away from blogging lately too) and my heart cries for you and your family as you go through this difficult time. I am praying for you and thinking of you each and everyday.
